Kale Rice Paper Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Stir fried White or Brown Majestic Mushrooms
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Thinly sliced Evergreen Fresh cucumbers
  • Thinly sliced beetroots
  • Boiled kale
  • Thinly sliced and stir fried tofu
  • Edamame beans
  • Evergreen Fresh red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • Any other veggie of your choice
  • Rice paper rolls

 

Dip:

  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 2tbsp vinegar
  • 2tbsp jaggery syrup
  • 1tbsp chili oil
  • 1tbsp peanut butter
  • 1tsp garlic purée

Mix it all and the dip is ready

 

Method :

Dip your rice paper in warm water until it becomes flexible, spread the paper on a plate and proceed to add your filling, do not over fill.

Then roll the rice paper into spring rolls and enjoy with the dip!
